The following AI tools are approved for use in web design projects: ChatGPT for content ideation and writing, Perplexity for keyword research and analysis, Copy.ai for generating website copy and content, and Motion for creating animations and interactive elements. AI tools shall be used to enhance the web design process, improve efficiency and deliver high-quality results to clients. All AI-generated content and designs must be reviewed and approved by a human designer before being presented to clients.

Data Management and Privacy

We collect client data only with explicit consent and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Client data is securely stored and accessible only to authorised personnel. We do not share client data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Client Communication and Consent

We obtain informed consent from clients regarding the use of AI tools in their web design projects. We provide clients with clear information about how AI is used in their projects and the benefits it offers. We encourage clients to provide feedback and raise any concerns they may have about our AI usage.
